AxisPropagationDistance3dMsr

Contains the results of a propagation distance analysis performed on a three-dimensional image.

More details about these results are available in the Propagation section.

Measurement name DescriptionElement typeIndexing
isVolumePierced The percolation indicator. True means that the studied phase is fully connected along the selected axis. Boolean None
voidThickness The volume thickness traveled by the seed along the propagation axis, expressed in world coordinates. Floating point None
voidThicknessInVoxel The volume thickness traveled by the seed along the propagation axis, expressed in voxel coordinates. Floating point None
voidToVolumeThickness The ratio of the propagation thickness to the volume thickness along the propagation axis. A ratio equal to 1 means that the volume is pierced. Floating point None
shortestDistance The shortest distance traveled to pierce the volume, expressed in world coordinates. This measurement equals -1 if the volume is not pierced. Floating point None
shortestDistanceInVoxel The shortest distance traveled to pierce the volume, expressed in voxel coordinates. This measurement equals -1 if the volume is not pierced. Floating point None
shortestDistanceToVolumeThickness The ratio of the shortest distance to the overall distance of the volume thickness along the propagation axis. This ratio is greater than or equal to 1 if the seed has pierced and -1 otherwise. The higher this ratio, the more tortuous the porosity. Floating point None
maximumDistance The maximum distance traveled by the propagation through the volume, expressed in world coordinates. Floating point None
maximumDistanceInVoxel The maximum distance traveled by the propagation through the volume, expressed in voxel coordinates. Floating point None
